The Ideal Candidate Will Identify Potential Customers, Explain Product Features, Assist With Loan Applications, And Achieve Monthly Sales Targets. Fresh Graduates With Strong Communication Skills And A Passion For Sale.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
