Customer Support Executive

Ip Innovative Publication Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Nawada, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Customer handling, Target achievement and Presentation
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
