We Are Seeking A Dynamic And Result-Oriented Assistant Branch Manager To Support The Daily Operations And Growth Of Our Edtech Branch In Tambaram. The Ideal Candidate Will Assist In Driving Sales, Managing Team Performance, And Ensuring Excellent Student/Customer Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Compliance, KYC, MS Excel, Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A trustworthy, persuasive attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
