Iplace Technologies is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Adajan, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Back Office Coordinator, your work will include:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
