Hr Manager

Iplace Technologies is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Kadodara, Surat. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Recruitment, Screening and MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
