Ironman Security Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an Hr And Compliance Manager in Sector 31 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹70,000/month.

We Are Seeking An Experienced And Knowledgeable Hr Manager Compliance Expert To Lead Our Compliance, Hr Operations, And Statutory Functions In A Security Manpower Company.Manage All Statutory Compliance Including Pf, Esic, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Pt, Shops & Establishment, Clra, And Labour License (Application, Renewal & Closure). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Recruitment and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
