Irronprit Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in Baruipur, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Calls Attend Karna. Admin / Attendance Related Work. Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Back Office Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented
