Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, English
• A patient, polite attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
