The Branch Manager Is Responsible For Overseeing The Overall Operations, Sales Performance, Customer Service, And Team Management Of The Branch. The Role Involves Achieving Business Targets, Ensuring Operational Efficiency, Maintaining Compliance, And Leading The Team To Deliver Excellent Customer Experience.Manage The Day-To-Day Operation. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Salary

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with KYC, Compliance, Customer acquisition, Documentation
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A trustworthy, ethical attitude
