Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Job Summary: We Are Looking For A Motivated And Results-Driven Tele Sales Executive To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls, Generating Leads, Explaining Products/Services, And Converting Prospects Into Customers. Key Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls To Potential And Existing Customers. Explain Company Products And Services To Customers. Generate And Qualify Leads. Follow Up With Prospects And Maintain Customer Relationships. Achieve Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Sales Targets. Handle Customer Queries And Provide Appropriate Solutions. Coordinate With Internal Teams To Ensure Customer Satisfaction. . 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Tele Caller, your work will include:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
