J K Engineering wants to bring on a Business Development Executive for its Atladara, Vadodara team. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Lead generation, CRM, Target achievement, Presentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and self-motivated
