Admin Executive

Jagannathan Pillai Jithi (Sarvajith Infotech) is looking for an Admin Executive to join its team in Ekkattuthangal, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
