Jagraj Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a Property Operation Manager to join its team in AECS Layout, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Job Title: Pg & Residential Property Managerresponsible For Managing The Day-To-Day Operations Of Pg And Residential Apartments. Duties Include Supervising Housekeeping, Ensuring Cleanliness And Hygiene, Coordinating Repair & Maintenance, And Maintaining Overall Property Upkeep. Responsible For Timely Rent Collection And Maintaining Payment Records. Handle Guest/Tenant Complaints And Resolve Issues Promptly. Show Vacant Rooms To Prospective Guests/Tenants And Manage Check-In/Check-Out. Maintain All Guest/Tenant Documents And Records. Coordinate With Security, Vendors, Technicians, And Service Providers. Ensure Property Rules Are Followed And Provide Regular Updates To Management On Occupancy, Rent, Maintenance, And Complaints. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Email

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

As a Property Operation Manager, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
