We Are Looking For A Proactive And Organized Recruitment & Training Executive To Manage End-To-End Recruitment, Candidate Screening, Interview Coordination, Employee Onboarding, And Training Processes. The Role Involves Identifying Hiring Needs, Sourcing Suitable Candidates, Coordinating With Department Heads, Conducting Induction Programs. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Payroll, Screening, HRMS, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator
