• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word and Tally

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
