Jana small finance Bank has an opening for a Collection Executive / Officer based in Gandhi Nagar, Bijapur. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Kannada
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: English, Kannada
• Someone detail-oriented and trustworthy

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
