Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management, Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Procurement, Advanced Excel, Quotation Management, Handling Invoices, Basic Excel, Record Management
• Skills Needed: Tally, Email
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
