Supervise Daily Kitchen Operations, Staff Allocation, Food Preparation, Hygiene, Cleaning, Stock Usage, Packing And Dispatch. Ensure Recipes, Quality And Safety Standards Are Followed. Monitor Attendance, Wastage, Equipment And Production Records. Report Issues And Shortages To The Head Chef. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Kitchen Supervisor, your work will include:

• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Food & beverage service, Billing / POS, Hygiene standards and Guest service
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
