Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Active listening, Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Verbal communication
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are customer-first and calm under pressure

Your responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 per month.
