Jds Group is hiring an Hr Manager in Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, good communicator attitude
