Jds Group wants to bring on a Real Estate Sales Executive for its Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. The team is filling 30 vacancies.

Real Estate Executive:Responsible For Handling Property Sales/Rentals, Dealing With Clients, Showing Properties, And Closing Deals. Requires Good Communication, Negotiation Skills, And Basic Market Knowledge. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate, Insurance, Credit Card, Loan

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Credit Card, Insurance, Loan, Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Insurance, Credit Card, Loan
• Someone target-driven and persuasive
