• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Data entry and Record keeping

• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
