Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. Is Seeking A Detail-Oriented Hr Executive With Hands-On Experience In Pf & Esi Compliance And Ensure Statutory Compliance While Supporting Day-To-Day Hr Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and confidential

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
