A Counter Sales Person In A Pharmacy Store Is Responsible For Assisting Customers, Handling Medicine And Product Sales, Maintaining Stock, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day Store Operations While Providing Excellent Customer Service.Attend Customers At The Pharmacy Counter Politely.Generate Bills And Handle Cash, Upi, Card, And Other Payment Methods. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
