Jessica Life is looking for a Credit Manager to join its team in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Credit Manager Nbfc/Payday Loans: Lead Underwriting, Credit Policy, Risk Assessment, Bureau Analysis, Portfolio Monitoring, Fraud Control, And Collections Strategy. Manage Approval Matrices, Delinquency, Npas, And Compliance With Reserve Bank Of India Regulations While Driving Profitable Portfolio Growth. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Loan

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Loan
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Loan
• A trustworthy, persuasive attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
