JFranchisy Empire wants to bring on a Business Development Manager (Bdm) for its Ashok Nagar, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Lead generation, Local market knowledge, CRM, Presentation
• Basic English

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
