Handle Customer Inquiries Via Phone, Email, Chat, And Whatsapp; Resolve Complaints And Provide Solutions; Process Orders, Returns, And Replacements; Coordinate With Internal Teams For Issue Resolution; Maintain Customer Records; Follow Up On Pending Cases; And Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Through Prompt And Professional Support. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

You will be paid ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A confident, persuasive attitude
