Day-to-day work

As a Survey Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹11,000 per month.
