• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Labour law basics, Payroll and Screening
