We Are Looking For A Hiring Executive / Hr Executive To Join Our Team Jireh Overseas Pvt Ltd To Manage The Full-Cycle Recruitment Process For Foreign Countries. The Tasks Include Identifying Potential Candidates, Interviewing, And Evaluating Them. You Will Be Responsible For Updating Job Ads And Conducting Background Checks Of Candidates. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS and Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
