Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are customer-first and polite

Your responsibilities

As a Recovery Executive, your work will include:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,001 – ₹20,001 per month.
