Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
