We Are Looking For A Proactive, Detail-Oriented, And Highly Organized Executive Assistant To Support Senior Management In Client Coordination, Account Reconciliation, Payment Follow-Ups, Project Tracking, And Cross-Functional Coordination. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With Hands-On Experience In. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What you get

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised
