What you will do

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹23,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Compliance, KYC, Customer acquisition and Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and detail-oriented
