Key Responsibilitiesmanage Employee Records, Attendance & Leave.Assist In Payroll Processing.Handle Pf, Esic & Statutory Compliance.Maintain Hr Documentation And Policies.Manage Employee Onboarding, Exit & F&F Process.Resolve Employee Queries And Maintain Hr Reports.Coordinate With Consultants For Compliance Activities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Screening, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude

What you will do

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
