* Handle Import Shipment Documentation And Records.* Coordinate With Overseas Agents, Customers, Shipping Lines & Cha.* Manage Bl, Invoice, Packing List, Coo, Arrival Notice & Delivery Order.* Follow Up On Shipments, Customs Clearance And Delivery.* Maintain Mis Reports And Ensure Documentation Accuracy. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
