Source And Negotiate With Suppliers To Acquire Goods And Services At The Best Value. Manage Inventory Levels And Track Purchasing Budgets. Maintain Supplier Relationships And Ensure Timely Deliveries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude
