- Conduct Daily Market Visits Across Assigned Territories.- Identify And Approach Potential Customers.- Generate Leads And Convert Prospects Into Active Clients.- Promote Company Services To Smes, Retailers, Traders, And Local Businesses.- Maintain Daily Activity Reports And Sales Records.- Support Senior Sales Team Members In Achieving Targets.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Lead generation, Local market knowledge and CRM
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
