Manage Office Administration And Ensure Smooth Daily Operationshandle Office Maintenance, Housekeeping, And Vendor Coordination.Manage Office Supplies, Inventory, And Procurement Activities.Coordinate With Internal Departments For Administrative Support.Maintain Records, Documentation, And Filing Systems.Handle Travel Arrangements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel and Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Record Management
• You are well spoken and dependable

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
