What you will do

As a Loan Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
