Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Sales, Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, And The Ability To Build Strong Customer Relationships. Experience In Banking, Nbfc, Or Financial Services Will Be Preferred. Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : English, Hindi

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
