We Are Looking For A Confident, Well-Groomed And Customer-Oriented Client Relations Executive For The Jv Mirai Experience Centre. The Role Involves Welcoming Architects, Interior Designers And Clients, Understanding Their Requirements, Presenting Jvs Lighting Products And Solutions, Coordinating Visits And Meetings, Handling Calls, Whatsapp And Emails, And Maintaining Visitor Records. The Candidate Should Have Excellent English Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Be Presentable, Organized, Proficient In Ms Office And Willing To Learn Technical Product Information. Experience In Client Relations, Showroom, Hospitality, Sales, Interiors Or Lighting Is Preferred. Type : Inbound | Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
