We Are Looking For An Organised And Proactive Executive To Coordinate Daily Activities Across Production, Quality, Accounts, And Reporting Functions. The Role Includes Task Follow-Ups, Maintaining Documentation, Basic Excel Reporting, Interdepartmental Coordination, And Providing Daily Operational Updates To Management. Strong Excel Skills, Attention To Detail, And Good Coordination Abilities Are Important For This Role. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
