We Are Looking For Dynamic And Target-Oriented Tele Collection Executives To Handle Overdue Accounts And Ensure Timely Emi Collections.Key Responsibilities:Make Outbound Calls To Customers For Overdue Payment Follow-Upsachieve Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Collection Targetsperform Skip Tracing To Locate Unreachable Customers Through Available Databases And Alternate Contactsupdate Call Details And Payment Commitments In The Systemcoordinate With Field Executives For Difficult Casesmaintain Professional And Ethical Communication With Customersrequirements:Good Communication & Negotiation Skillsbasic Computer Knowledge (Ms Excel & Calling Software)Ability To Handle Pressure And Targets Experience In Tele-Calling/Collections Preferred (Freshers Can Also Apply)Dra Candidates Need. Languages : Hindi, Telugu

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

What you get

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
