Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries. Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Typing
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
