Jrp Alloys is hiring a Secretary / Executive Assistant in Dhantoli, Nagpur. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, MS Excel and HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Secretary / Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
