• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

• Work location: Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Timings: 10,30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday, Saturday 10.30 am 3.30 pm
• Interview timings: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
