Requirements

• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹21,000 per month.
