Manage Bus Operations, Inspections, Service Quality, Safety, Cleanliness And Customer Complaints. Lead And Train Bus Captains, Manage Rosters And Attendance, Monitor Performance And Punctuality, Coordinate With Operators, And Ensure Sop Compliance And Continuous Improvement. Good Communication, Team Management And Problem-Solving Skills Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹41,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Financial products, Compliance and KYC
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and detail-oriented

• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
