We Are Looking For A Proactive And Result-Oriented Team Lead Loan & Relationship Officers To Manage And Guide The Loan Processing And Relationship Team In Nbfc, Fintech. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Lead generation, Presentation and Target achievement
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and confident

What you will do

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
